..to a new breed of conference & expo, one that integrates social networking, a collaborative education process, a new “Conversation Center” format designed to replace the traditional exhibit concept and a year-round process for sharing program results.
At this year’s inaugural Enterprise Engagement Alliance Networking Expo, you’ll get a comprehensive view of this emerging field and interact with key people and resources to learn how to apply engagement to your day-to-day business and career. This program isn’t only about how it’s done, but how it should be done based on research and the practical experience of practitioners and your fellow attendees.
The Enterprise Engagement Alliance Networking Expo is designed give you the knowledge and tools you need to improve sales or organizational performance through engagement. The collaborative learning element is incorporated into the Conference’s education sessions, each of which is followed by an optional roundtable discussion between speakers and attendees who want to delve deeper into the subject. And instead of a traditional Exhibit Hall, the Expo will feature Conversation Centers – part of a unique “Future Show” concept developed by the Hughes Group in conjunction with EEA and FIRE Light Group, which is handling logistics for the Conference.
On Thursday, June 3, sessions will focus on the critical audiences in business: Consumers, Channel Partners, Salespeople, Employees and Vendors. Sessions on Friday, June 4 will focus on the critical tactics of engagement: Performance Measurement, Communication, Surveys and Polls, Technology, Employee Recognition, Loyalty Programs and Incentive Programs.
In order to extend the value of the EEA Networking Expo over a full year, industry bloggers, writers and editors will attend all of the sessions and encapsulate the results on the event’s website and on the EnterpriseEngagement.org portal, along with compiling a Directory of all of suppliers at the Expo. In addition, all attendees will receive a blueprint for the implementation of Enterprise Engagement based on key findings from all of the interactive sessions that can be applied at the strategic and tactical levels.
