- Reviewed in the United States on September 16, 2015Great and simple read! I am a big fan of books that are to the point and minus the fluff. If you are anything like me you will like it! I was able to finish this book within a few hours and took so much away from it! I really enjoyed the book and have put a lot of it to use already. I have recommended it to co-workers and family members and all that have read it enjoyed it too! If it at all sparks your interest I recommend the purchase!

- Reviewed in the United States on May 15, 2019The book serves as a good reminder that there is more good than negative work performed. As managers we allow ourselves to get caught in the fraction error. My biggest take away was the four to one factor. Before you call out a negative find at least four and sincere positives.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 22, 2014I loved the book. I would highly recommend it to anyone who manages or has a family. It will change your perspective on things.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2014This book feels a bit disjointed and I didn't find it the language and writing to be very strong.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 1, 2013Recommended by a friend. Very good read and proven to human psychology. Works no matter the language, culture or natonality of other.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2014I read a lot of books, some for fun and some for teaching ideas. I will be referring to this book on a regular basis.

5.0 out of 5 stars Looking to inspire and encourage ?
Clever and short, like Napoleon and lots of "ah-ha" moments in a non-Alan Partridge way. Positive reinforcement (R+) is a no-brainer as a motivator, but it is not easy to sustain in the face of apathy and opposition. This little book will help. Ideas, examples, case studies all give you a good reason to keep going...and when you do, it works! PS Take a tip from the author and use it outside work too on an "acts of random kindness" premise.
