Leading HR Metrics Firm to Head ICEE Affiliates in 5 Countries

The International Center for Enterprise Engagement at TheICEE.org has named HR Metrics as its Mideast affiliate managing the development of ISO human capital standards and certifications in five countries.
 
HR Metrics has been named head of the International Center for Enterprise Engagement at TheICEE.org affiliate program in five countries. HR Metrics is a leading human capital metrics advisory firm based in Islamabad, Pakistan, headed by Zahid Mubarik, a senior-level SHRM-certificated practitioner, whose company has international clients. 
 
In its role as ICEE affiliate, his company will manage the development of ICEE’s growing number of ISO ISO human capital management courses and certifications. According to Dr. Ron McKinley and Lee S. Webster, co-founders of ICEE. HR Metrics’ affiliate region includes its home base in Pakistan, along with Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and United Arab Emirates.
 
HR Metrics, which was founded by Mubarik, a worldwide recognized expert in human capital analytics, provides training, human capital performance measurement, benchmarking and technology to support the better application of global analytics. His company is the international partner in Pakistan for SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) certification/recertification programs and has facilitated certification courses for hundreds of HR professionals. His company received “Top International SHRM Learning System Partner Award” for consecutive four years in 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016. 
 

Role of HR Metrics 

In its role as ICEE affiliate in these five countries, HR Metrics will support ICEE’s complete suite of learning and certification practices in all ICEE’s ISO human capital certifications, starting with ICEE’s ISO 30414 human capital reporting guidelines learning platform and certification platform. This includes the platform created by ICEE to support the certification preparation for auditors and developers, as well as the professional exams and audits. 
 
Explains Mubarik, “Our organization has decided to make this investment in both money and more importantly time because the analytics we have conducted in so many circumstances supports the hypothesis that a strategic and systematic approach to linking human engagement to the goals of the enterprise, rather than taking the all-too-typical reactive and ad hoc approach, will yield more sustainable performance and better experiences for all interested parties.” 
 
Under the agreement, Mubarik’s organization will help ICEE manage ISO certifications for practitioners in ISO 10018 and five human resources standards in the five designated countries, including: ISO 30414 guidelines for internal and external human capital reporting; 30401 knowledge management, ISO 30409 work force management, ISO 10667 assessment services, and ISO 30405 recruitment. ICEE offers ISO certifications for individual professionals (auditors and developers); organizations (employers and solution providers), and technology platforms that help support implementation of the standards. 
 
 
As part of his company’s three-year commitment, Zahid Mubarik will go through the process to achieve an ISO 30414 professional certification in human capital reporting and will gradually expand his firm’s certifications.
