The Enterprise Engagement Alliance is an education and outreach organization dedicated to helping organizations apply a formal process for achieving organizational goals by fostering the proactive involvement of all people critical to success.

Enterprise Engagement is a practical, fresh approach to traditional loyalty, communications, training, collaboration, reward and recognition and other efforts that more efficiently integrates such tactics to achieve specific sales, marketing, human resources, and community building efforts.

In addition to a sponsorship program for engagement solution providers, the Enterprise Engagement Alliance has introduced a supporter program for business people providing access to free and discounted education, training, consulting, and certification programs. The Enterprise Engagement Alliance provides all of the tools to help organizations profit from Engagement and to market their commitment and/or expertise to customers, distribution partners, employees, vendors, and communities.

EEA Activities

The goal of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance is to advance a formal business field focused on helping organizations make the connection between engagement and organizational results.  As such, its activities include:

• The Enterprise Engagement textbook and certification program.
• Engagementuonline: Online live webinars and recorded webinars and textbook chapters.
• An annual Engagement University at which the textbook is presented and updated through collaborative sessions.
• Regional seminars to train local practitioners and solution providers.
• Interactive webinars to address trends, critical issues, and challenges in various areas of Engagement to foster dialog between corporate practitioners and solution providers.

Training and Consulting

• Individual training on Enterprise Engagement program design.

Certified Practitioner Supporters

Individuals who achieve the Certified Practitioner designation become automatic supporters of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance at the individual level for one year. If two people within the same organization receive the Certified Practitioner designation, the organization automatically receives the Certified Engagement Solution Provider designation.

EEA Supporters Benefits, Levels and Annual Fees

Individuals and companies that become supporters by the end of 2015 will be guaranteed the same benefits and costs for a period of 10 years as long as they remain in good standing.

Individual:  $125 (one person)

• 1 complimentary copy of Enterprise Engagement:  The Textbook, a 268 comprehensive guide to enterprise engagement implementation--$36 value; 20% off additional copies.
• 20% off of the annual Engagement University tuition and regional training programs.
• 15% off of $500 certification cost.
• Access to help desk for answers to quick questions about engagement.
• Use of EEA supporter logo on business card and personal social media sites for engagement solution providers seeking to demonstrate their commitment to providing a formal approach to engagement.
• Company name and information in engagement solution provider directory.

Company Supporter: $450 (unlimited number of employees)

• A 60-minute webinar overview of Enterprise Engagement and Q&A with your team.
• 2 complimentary copies of Enterprise Engagement:  The Textbook, a 268 comprehensive guide to enterprise engagement implementation.
• 1 free tuition at Engagement University or regional seminar.
• 15% off of Engagement University tuition and regional training programs for each additional  employee.
• 1 complimentary certification and 15% off of $500 certification cost for each additional employee.
• Access to help desk for answers to quick questions about engagement for each employee.
• Use of EEA supporter logo on business cards and personal social media sites.
• Company name and info in supplier directory.
