Building long-term customer loyalty is one of the biggest challenges in business today. Customer behaviors have shifted, and customers themselves are empowered as never before to make purchase decisions independent of advertising messages and brand promotion. The Loyalty Academy’s focus this year is ‘The Intersection of Engagement and Loyalty.’

Registrants to Engagement University can also attend any sessions of the E2MA Red Diamond Congress on face-to-face engagement and the Rewards & Recognition University and Expo at no additional charge using their Engagement University badge, or can register a colleague for both events at no additional cost with a promo code they will receive after registering.

The one-day Loyalty Academy program will be presented in two half-day workshops on Tuesday, April 26. Paid registrants to Engagement University can attend or have a colleague attend one of those workshops at no cost, and get a 30% discount off of the cost of the second workshop. Attendance to either of these two-hour workshops earns one credit towards designation as a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP), as well as unlocks a package of additional benefits with an annual Loyalty Academy membership included free with registration. Engagement University registrants will receive a promo code colleagues can use to register for one free workshop and the 33% discount on the second.
