Employee Engagement Group Issues New Video in Support of I-Engage

A new viral video entitled “Why is Your boat Still Sinking?” was recently released by Woburn, MA-based Employee Engagement Group. The video examines the ongoing issue of employee disengagement and how employee engagement needs to involve the whole person, not just the employee. The themes of “Why is Your Boat Still Sinking?” are the foundation of President and Founder Bob Kelleher's newest book, I-Engage: Your Personal Engagement Roadmap, which was released in February of this year. “Why is Your boat Still Sinking?” is also a sequel to the 2014 video, “Who’s Sinking Your Boat?” which introduced and expressed the importance of employee engagement.
