Next Level Performance Named to 'Best Places to Work in New Jersey' List

Next Level Performance was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBIZ for the third year in a row. The awards recognize the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. Three-quarters of the total evaluation is based on a survey designed to measure the employee experience. The balance consists of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. “An engaged workforce creates inspired results,” says Susan Adams, Senior Director of Engagement at Next Level Performance. “We know that our people are the key to every success, [and] we’re proud of our company culture that allows every employee to learn, grow, and achieve.” The awards program, created in 2005, is produced by NJBIZ.
