Performax360 Software Goal: Connect Assessment to Action
One of the big complaints about survey and assessment tools is the frequent failure to act upon the results. Performax360, a Palo Alto, CA-based software firm, aims to address this by connecting the assessment process to real-time feedback, innovation and implementation tools. Linked to IBM’s Sentiment Analysis platform, the technology “goes beyond business intelligence,” says Samir Asaf, the company’s founder. “Ours is a live ongoing system. So for any assessment or business area you wish to evaluate, you’re getting continuous assessment information from key stakeholders easily viewed in multiple reports. That’s where you move into 360-degree insights to get a multi-stakeholder view. We don’t just assess; the system captures ideas for action, recommendations for critical process issues.” The system comes with multiple templates for different types of organizational applications.
The system, Asaf explains, includes artificial intelligence algorithms “to help you actualize sentiment. You can engage specific subject matter experts to get a short-list of ideas for actions and decides which ones to take. We have a project management tool that enables companies to manage the corrective actions and to get a status report on progress and results. This is one way in which we’re different from other assessment applications. The platform enables companies to create a culture of participation and to reward people for good ideas.” The company displays its SaaS pricing model on its website and provides multiple demos.
