Anne-Sophie Pruvost Named ICEE Global Engagement Director

A 16-year veteran of Engagement Enterprises assumes Global Engagement Director role for the International Center for Enterprise Engagement at TheICEE.org to establish ICEE’s European headquarters in Lille, France, and to support global operations, content marketing and social media.

To help advance the rapidly growing global interest in the concept of Enterprise Engagement and ISO 30414 human capital reporting guidelines, ISO 10018 quality people management and four other ISO (International Organization of Standardization) human capital standards, ICEE has named Anne-Sophie Pruvost-Zetina to the post of Global Engagement Director. Located in Lille, France, Pruvost-Zetina will help oversee the support of the growing number of ISO-certified practitioners and certifiers helping organizations apply a more strategic and systematic approach to human capital management.

Pruvost-Zetina has extensive experience in the field of Enterprise Engagement and background in ISO human capital standards as Marketing and Production Manager for Engagement Enterprises, the parent company of both the International Center for Enterprise Engagement certification and education group that supports best practices in human capital management, and the Enterprise Engagement Alliance outreach, media, and marketplace organization established to promote the field.

Pruvost-Zetina has extensive experience in sales support, information management, social media and content marketing implementation, as well as with helping organizations better manage information resources.

In her role, Pruvost-Zetina will make sure that all qualified international applicants for ISO professional or organizational certifications receive the information and support they need to obtain their certifications as well as to develop successful professional practices helping client organizations profit from ISO standards to improve efficiency, experiences, and outcomes. In addition, she will be responsible for setting up and implementing ICEE’s worldwide brand, Linked in community, content marketing program, and events.
