Zahid Mubarik Receives 2nd ISO 30414 Human Capital Certification

Zahid Mubarik, Executive Director of the Middle East, Central Asia, and Eastern European region of International Center for Enterprise Engagement and CEO of HR Metrics, is the second individual to receive a professional certification for ISO 30414 Human Capital Internal and External Reporting.
Zahid MubarikZahid Mubarik has successfully completed the process of professional certification for ISO 30414 Human Capital Internal and External Reporting Standards from the International Center for Enterprise Engagement at, announced Dr. Ron B. McKinley and Lee S. Webster, co-founders. Mubarik, CEO of HR Metrics in Islamabad, is a widely followed international expert in human capital analytics and a leader in Pakistan’s human resources market. Webster, Dr. McKinley, and Mubarik were among the founders of the first ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Technical Committee 260 on human capital management standards. 
David Simmonds, Chairman, HR Analytics Ltd. in Great Britain, is the first individual to receive a professional certification for ISO 30414 Human Capital Internal and External Reporting. Patricia Eng, former U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Senior Knowledge Management Advisor, received the first ISO 30401 Knowledge Management certification from ICEE earlier this year. ICEE is the only organization in the US that provides certification for the new ISO human capital standards, including ISO 10018 Quality People Management standards, ISO 30414 Human Capital Internal and External Reporting and five other ISO human capital standards.
Mubarik’s company, HR Metrics, was recently named head of the ICEE affiliate program in six countries, meaning that his organization will also manage the examination and audit organization being developed to serve this part of the world. HR Metrics is a leading human capital metrics advisory firm based in Islamabad, Pakistan, headed by Mubarik, a senior-level SHRM-certificated practitioner, whose company has international clients.
