Designed to address the growing interest in Stakeholder Management, the Enterprise Engagement has completely updated its learning and certification program, first launched in 2009. Paid EEA participants now receive a library of six books on all aspects of Stakeholder Management implementation from world-recognized academics and business experts, along with nine videos (two available to the public) providing preparation for certification in Enterprise Engagement.

The goal of the education is to equip investors, board members, executive to front-line management, academics, and students on the practical processes involved with achieving organizational goals through people and enhancing returns for investors by creating value for customers, employees, supply chain and distribution partner, and communities. The process is similar to the CEO-led, strategic and systematic approach to quality in manufacturing that has resulted in significant productivity and quality enhancements.
