EEA YouTube Shows: The Forum for Learning in Stakeholder Management, Enterprise Engagement, and Total Rewards

Imagine a practical movement to improve performance through people and a $200 billion or more market to engage employees with almost no formal training on design, implementation, and impact measurement. The Enterprise Engagement Alliance was founded in 2009 to address this gap and has since created an array of books, formal courses, free libraries, and the Enterprise Engagement Alliance Purpose Leadership and Stakeholder Management YouTube shows.

Top 75 Programs
Speakers

Over 23,878 people have viewed the top 75 videos featured below on the Enterprise Engagement Alliance Purpose Leadership and Stakeholder Management YouTube channel, not to mention the tens of thousands or more who have read the feature articles summarizing the shows for those without the time to watch or listen.  Because the most recent shows have not made the top 75 list yet, click here for a list of all the shows from latest to first.

Officially founded in 2009, the Enterprise Engagement Alliance launched the Enterprise Engagement Alliance YouTube channel in 2000, not only to fill the gap in education on engagement and total rewards, but also in anticipation that video training could deliver much of what usually is accomplished in keynotes and panel discussions at conferences.

The 132 panelists in the top 75 so far roughly break down by:
  • Academics and scholars: 23%
  • Industry experts and consultants: 32%
  • Corporate leaders and practitioners: 24%
  • Marketing and sales management: 11%
  • Inspirational and motivational speakers: 10%
The highest-performing content focuses on practical business transformation processes and the strategic role of human resources. Second in views is content on purpose leadership and stakeholder capitalism. The content with the least views focuses on narrower technical and tactical human resources, rewards, and incentive topics.

The shows are presented in order of number of views, not by date.  Speaker affiliations in some cases have changed since these shows were produced. See speakers section below for an alphabetical list of speakers.
