Two New Corporate Practitioners Join EEA Curriculum Advisory Board

The Enterprise Engagement Alliance has announced the expansion of its Curriculum Advisory Board to help maintain the Enterprise Engagement Academy learning platform and its revised textbook, Enterprise Engagement in Action, to ensure that the new ISO 10018 certification audit identifies best practices. Corporate advisors reflect management at all levels from large and small companies that have expertise in engagement, either from the perspective of high-level or front-line management in order to ensure the practicality of the framework and implementation process. The two new Advisory Board members are:

  • Elaine Page, Vice President HR & Chief People Innovation Officer, Northwell Health
  • Gerard M. Comacho, Director of Career Development, Parkland Hospital
Elaine Page has extensive experience working on a global scale and across multiple industries as a trusted advisor to CEOs, executive teams and boards of directors on all aspects of human capital. Her expertise in global talent management, total rewards, organizational change and employee engagement has afforded her numerous opportunities to help organizations unleash their potential through people. She previously served as Chief Talent Officer and VP Talent Management for Northwell Health, as well as Vice President, HR Business Partner at The Dow Group and Chief Talent Officer and Senior VP HR at Dun & Bradstreet.

Gerard Camacho has been Director of Career Development at Parkland Hospital since 2014, where he is responsible for the creation of strategic goals and implementation of plans for the execution of programs related to Talent Development and Academic Partnerships that foster employee engagement and performance outcomes. He has over a dozen years of experience in corporate, government, non-profit and healthcare environments with success cultivating change, advising stakeholders and influencing outcomes. He was previously a Contract Negotiator at Parkland Hospital, and prior to that Business Manager for the City of Dallas.
