Counsellor Ltd., Boutique Human Resources Consulting Firm, Named ICEE Cyprus Country Leader

Counsellor Ltd., a boutique human resources consulting firm in Nicosia, has assumed the Country Leadership role for the International Center for Enterprise Engagement at TheICEE.org, currently the only international firm providing certifications in ISO 30414 Human Capital Reporting, ISO 10018 Quality People Management, ISO 30401 Knowledge Management and other ISO human capital standards. Elena Leonidou, Managing Partner, will become certified in ISO 30414 Human Capital Reporting and with her partners will lead the development of education and certification programs for ISO human capital standards in Cyprus.

Counsellor Ltd. Managing Partner Elena Leonidou will lead the development of an ICEE learning and certification center in Cyprus for professionals and organizations that wish to profit from new ISO human capital management standards. These standards, including ISO 30414 Human Capital Reporting, are designed to help organizations achieve a better return on their human capital investments while creating better experiences for all stakeholders. Leonidou is beginning the process to achieve her certification in ISO 30414 Human Capital Reporting. In its capacity as Cyprus Country Leader, Counsellors will help educate the local marketplace on the importance of these standards and provide access to learning and certification services in his country.
 
Elena Leonidou is a HR consultant with 20 years of experience in providing human resource and business consulting services. She specializes in executive recruitment, organizational restructuring, performance management and rewards, assessments, and more, with extensive experience in various industries. She holds an MSc in occupational assessments from Goldsmiths’ (University of London), is an accredited assessor from the British Psychological Society and an accredited coach from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC, UK).
