Darwin Hanson, Total Rewards Leader, Joins Engagement Agency as Senior Advisor

The Enterprise Engagement Alliance has added a Total Rewards, compensation, and HR technology expert to the advisory team for the Enterprise Engagement Alliance education program and Engagement Agency Advisory service.
 
HansonDarwin Hanson will serve on the Enterprise Engagement Action Committee of the Enterprise Engagement Alliance at TheEEA.org to help the business and not-for-profit world profit from a more strategic and systematic approach to engaging all stakeholders to achieve organizational results. 
 
Hanson is CEO of Talent Management Evolution, a talent management software company, in Minneapolis.
 
As an advisor to the EEA, Hanson will help oversee the content and training related to the Total Rewards, Compensation, and HR technology community in the curriculum of the Enterprise Engagement: The Roadmap textbook; Enterprise Engagement for CEOs, as well as provide senior advisory services to clients of the Engagement Agency advisory practice.

Darwin owns and operates the talent management software company, Talent Management Evolution, and is a partner in a strategic personal occupational planning and alignment company, Career Authority.
