Public speakers, meeting planners, and expert solution providers will headline a new series of Enterprise Engagement Alliance YouTube shows focused on how to make meetings, events, and incentive travel more meaningful in the age of live and streaming video communication and education. The program is hosted by Bruce Bolger, EEA Founder and Jaki Baskow, Founder of Baskow Talent, supported by the Enterprise Engagement Alliance. See RNN: Top Las Vegas Speakers Bureau and Talent Agency and EEA Collaborate to Help Reimagine Meetings.

The programs focus specifically on practical ways to take advantage of live experiences to accomplish what cannot be accomplished on video meetings—foster alignment, break down barriers, build relationships through shared experiences, innovate, all in a more sustainable, measurable manner.

The new Meaningful Meetings channel is based on two EEA YouTube shows and feature articles published this year featuring leading meeting planning experts on the need to re-imagine meeting formats now that so much of the content of traditional keynote speakers and panel discussions can just as easily be accomplished on YouTube shows such as these.

Below is a schedule of the upcoming live Meaningful Meetings shows, which are all made available on the EEA YouTube Meaningful Meetings playlist several days after the live event and summarized in articles published in RRN.

Aug. 27, 1 pm ET: Jesse Ferrell, Founder JessTalk—Building Better Teams

Ferrell takes his 34 years of experience in casino marketing and role as an adjunct professor on gaming administration to help organizations tap the power of teams. “The success of your team is dependent on how well they work together. Team members must know their role and capabilities and rely on the expertise of other team members. Poor communication results in total chaos within the company and negatively impacts your brand. However, a dysfunctional team can be turned around into a high-performing one. All you need is an inspirational speaker for business."

JessTalk provides more than just a “pep talk” for your team, says Ferrell. Discover key relationship principles through keynote and workshop sessions. “Your team members will learn how to truly know themselves first. Once they ‘get’ themselves they will ultimately ‘get’ others! Know the best tools, systems and processes to increase their bandwidth. Build high-quality, sustainable personal and professional relationships.”

In this EEA show, he’ll address more specifically how to immerse audiences in these principles in a way that supports a clear organizational purpose in a memorable, measurable way in a format that can’t be duplicated via video.

Sept. 4. 1 pm ET:  Marvellous Mark Kamp: Breaking Down Barriers to Alignment and Success

Kamp is a Ted X speaker, keynote speaker, best-selling author, and expert on leadership, change management, and teamwork. Kamp says that “Now more than ever we must tear down those silos so we can re-align and re-engage our bands/teams. Get crystal clear on how to 10X your dreams with 2X energy. As a leader or a sales contender, we can accomplish more as a band that plays the same song and the same time and plays it loud. We show you have to perform at a higher level and think differently every day. It's the Rock Star Mindset.”

Kamp says, “We show you how to stand out in your industry, remain relevant, and be heard above the noise. When you increase your level of performance to increase your results. Now more than ever you and your teams need to achieve boldly...... Like a Rock Star! The key to safeguarding your organization's future is to jumpstart them with motivation and then install the success habits to keep your teams going. Celebrating big and little wins along the way for fuel.”

In this program, Kamp explains innovative ways to bring these lessons alive at live events.

In today's fast-paced business world, success is often measured by numbers and results. But what if the key to truly sustainable success lies in a different metric—love?

Based on her own entrepreneurial experiences and role as a minister, Maria Romano’s signature talk, "The Power of Loving Your Way to the Top," delves into how leading with love, empathy, and kindness can transform not only your personal life but your professional success. Drawing from her unique journey as a pioneering business leader and a minister, Romano says she shows how love can be a powerful catalyst for building high-performing teams, fostering client loyalty, and driving unparalleled results. Her key topics include:

  • How to incorporate love and empathy into leadership without sacrificing performance.
  • The secret to building teams that are not just effective but inspired.
  • Practical steps to transform your client relationships into lifelong partnerships.

This show will discuss how these principles can be brought to life in a face-to-face setting.

Founder of ImpactEleven, a marketing and advisory firm for human-focused speakers and advisors, Ryan Estis says he empowers individuals and organizations to leverage change as a catalyst for growth and to maximize their impact by embracing a human-centered approach to sales, leadership, and life. A former Fortune 500 chief revenue officer, with 19 years in advertising and venture capital, he explains that he learned early in his career that the key to achieving meaningful results is found in unlocking people’s highest potential. As he guides a client roster of category-leading brands to prepare for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, he says he emphasizes the value of people—their ideas, values, expressions, and experiences—as the foundation for sustainable success.

He’s a Founding Partner of ImpactEleven, a “hyper-growth enterprise that embodies the human-centered movement, delivering a 500% increase in growth and a 1,300% increase in shareholder value with a 90% client retention rate over the last two years.”

Estis says he has “inspired meaningful change in millions of people worldwide through his videos, articles, and new book Prepare for Impact.

Recognized as “one of the best keynote speakers seen or heard” by Meetings & Conventions Magazine, he is a transformative force on stage, blending actionable insights and inspirational storytelling to empower audiences with the mindset and methods needed to achieve breakthrough results.

Estis' work helps people maximize their potential in service of having an impact on others and contributing to something that is larger than yourself.

In this EEA YouTube show, he’ll discuss how his program can be adapted for maximum personal impact.
