Personalization is a big topic in marketing and management today, but how do ordinary people collect and manage the information they learn about their colleagues, prospects, customers, or other people in their lives in a way they can easily use?
Lee Itzhaki thinks he has the answer: Loops. He explains that it’s a SaaS-based application that makes it easy to continually update the information we learn about the relevant people in our lives organized in a way people can easily access. Prior to launching Loops, he had over 20 years of experience in technology product development.
Says Itzhaki, “Loops is a revolutionary AI-powered workplace relationship assistant (WRA) designed to help employees build stronger connections with their colleagues or anyone in their lives or business. In today's work environment, maintaining positive and meaningful relationships can be a challenge. Loops tackles this head-on by empowering employees to nurture connections and create a more positive, engaged work culture.”
People can test the platform for free at Heyloops.com without providing a credit card. The more advanced versions are available for a monthly fee of $10 or $20 based on features used.
Loops leverages AI technology to address these challenges, explains Itzhaki. “It acts as a personal assistant for fostering positive workplace relationships.” Entering information either via voice or text, users can regularly add new information to peoples’ profiles. AI automatically assigns the information to the appropriate category so that it can be more easily accessed on demand.
The platform offers the following benefits, according to Itzhaki.
Simplified people insights: Loops is designed to help users efficiently store and categorize information about anyone entered in the system, including preferences, interests, family information, and past interactions, he says.
Intelligent relationship building: Users can ask Loops targeted questions about the people in their Loops database. “Need someone with social media marketing expertise? Loops can identify the right person. Planning a team lunch? Loops can suggest restaurants based on known dietary preferences,” explains Itzhaki.
Personalized reminders: The platform provides alerts for birthdays, anniversaries, and other key dates, along with personalized gift suggestions based on stored information, Itzhaki underlines. Under development is a feature that will automatically provide alerts for events occurring near the location of contacts, such as a big storm, or tips on what needs to be considered for a particular meeting with that person. Also on the roadmap is integration with leading CRM (customer relationship management) platforms.
Itzhaki says Loops creates value by improving retention, enhancing culture, and increasing engagement in a way that can be measured.
“Studies have shown that poor manager-employee relationships are the leading cause of employee turnover,” says Itzhaki. “With the rise of remote and hybrid work models, building and maintaining strong professional bonds becomes even more crucial. Unfortunately, traditional methods of workplace interaction can fall short when teams are geographically dispersed, and communication relies heavily on digital tools.”
