NayaDaya, an analytics firm based in Tampere, Finland has launched People Impact Analytics® to help companies identify and mitigate people-related risks during mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations and transformations. The company says its "patent-pending, science- and AI-based technology captures employees' emotions and viewpoints throughout the change process. This data-driven approach generates actionable insights at both operational and strategic levels to prevent people-related breakdowns and foster social sustainability.”

The approach asks employees three questions at various phases of the change. The resulting analytics “reveal people risk levels, their root causes, and provide action recommendations. The goal is to prevent human-related failures with significant financial consequences while promoting empathy, inclusion, and social sustainability. The company focuses on understanding human factors and risks across multiple integrations or transformations to ensure successful outcomes.”
