First Directory of Enterprise Engagement Solutions Launched
A CEO’s Enterprise Engagement Solution-Provider Directory is the first compilation of companies that provide full-service engagement agency solutions, advisory services, and tactical support in all the key areas of engagement from leadership coaching to analytics. This directory is designed to be used with the companion article: The CEO Enterprise Engagement Toolkit, which explains what to look for in the different types of solution providers and their business models.
A new field requires a new set of experts and solutions. The CEO's Enterprise Engagement Solution-Provider Directory and the CEO Enterprise Engagement Toolkit will be incorporated into the EEA’s new CEO Guide to Engagement Across the Enterprise being published in May 2019. The CEO guide will also include complete information on the economics and framework of Enterprise Engagement, recommended human capital disclosures, profiles of winners of the ISO 10018 Honorary CEO Citation for Quality People Management, as well as learning and information resources.
This directory reflects the growing need for a strategic and systematic approach to engaging all stakeholders with measurable results and the application of more science and systems to current engagement tactics. This is driving demand for a systematic, integrated ROI-based initiatives that, depending on the organization, involve the need for a combination of expert advisory services, full-service engagement agencies and tactical solution providers that can help organizations design, develop, and effectively implement formal programs to achieve either organizational or audience-based objectives and processes.
